Anyhow, I made it down to 181.8 and have been eating really healthy and excercising at least every other day.  The last few days the weight has been creeping back on due to impending AF, though, which is discouraging.  And yesterday I was filled with insatiable hunger.  If I could only figure out how to deal with that I would progress a lot more, I think.  And since I'm pretty certain that AF will be here today or tomorrow, it means I'll have to "try again next month". I'm down one pound to 181.8.  This morning I had an Atkins shake, then I had some Ginseng tea and cottage cheese.  I just bought a whole bushel of lovely, locally-grown Gala apples for $10.  I'm going to clean my butt off for excercise today and hit the gym hard tomorrow.  I need to make something for dinner.  I wonder if I can find any fish recipes for the crock pot.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yesterday I went to Target and their dollar section was 75% off! I've had a difficult summer going through a miscarriage, but now I feel like I've pulled myself back together.  So, I'll jump right in:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I weighed 182.8&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I walked 5.6 miles on the treadmill today, 4 miles at 4 mph and 1.6 at 3 mph&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've eaten pretty healthily:&lt;br /&gt;Atkins shake&lt;br /&gt;Avacado&lt;br /&gt;Atkins nut roll&lt;br /&gt;Some other low-carb cookies and cream bar&lt;br /&gt;Pine nuts&lt;br /&gt;Chili Con Carne&lt;br /&gt;and a Jamba Juice Colbuster shake with the low-carb base instead of the sherbet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My goal is to lose 15 lbs in during November and December.  I also bought a new swimsuit today since I left my newest one in a Las Vegas hotel this summer, and the next newest one got beat up learning to skimboard at Newport Beach, CA!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'd like to organize my pantry and wardrobe in the next few days, too.  I need to get rid of a lot of stuff so moving isn't so hard next year when we buy a house.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I got my last referral for a &lt;a href="http://www.ipodnanos4free.com/default.aspx?r=500755"&gt;free iPod Nano!&lt;/a&gt;  I'm going to give it to DH for Christmas.  Hopefully I can get a &lt;a href="http://www.free360xbox.com/?r=19514848"&gt;free XBox 360&lt;/a&gt; next. My total mileage for 2005 is 29.5 (Running, elliptical, swimming only. [3 carbs]&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 pickles [0 carbs]&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 c roasted peanuts [3 carbs]&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 c milk [13 carbs]&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 c green beans with hot sauce [6 carbs]&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Tonight I worked out. I will be excercising and dieting to try to lose weight and duke it out with &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCOS"&gt;PCOS&lt;/a&gt;.  I will be following the South Beach diet and working out at my school's gym.  Once I lose 10-15 more pounds I want to start jogging again.  The most compelling reason for me to lose weight is that I want to have children soon, and have them be healthy.  Since November, I have lost 17 pounds out of my total goal of 75, but lately I have hit a plateau and am recommiting myself to log my diet and excercise to overcome it.  I will say some pretty personal things since this is pretty anonymous, so you have been forewarned.
